Catherine Achan

Catherine is 42 and lives with 6 children, 4 are hers and 2 were orphaned when rebels killed their parents. Her husband was also killed by the rebels.Catherine is from Kitgum, near Sudan. She now lives in Jinja.Catherine works with Nileply and also makes beads. She hopes the beads become popular so she’ll be able to educate her children. She also dreams of one day building a house and to give her children good food.
