Outreach Uganda needs your help in finding U.S. volunteers to work either virtually or in our office in the metro Denver area. Do you know someone who wants to apply their corporate skills or personal passions and interests to help fight poverty?
Right now we especially need teachers, nurses, and health professionals for :
Curriculum Development or Other Assistance relative to our Girls’ Education Initiative – We could use the help of teachers and those with expertise in women’s studies and women’s empowerment. Call or email us for more details.
Health Clinic Advisory Board Members- The newly opened community clinic in rural northern Uganda needs an advisory board to assist the clinic’s board in developing good procedures and in helping the clinic expand to offer maternity services. If you are in a health-related field, and have an interest in improving health care access in developing countries, this volunteer position could be a good fit for you.
