All orders will be shipped via USPS mail (larger orders will be shipped USPS priority mail). Expedited shipping options are also available. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We ship most orders within 1 business day of receipt. Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed. Please examine your order carefully and make a copy of it for your records.

Shipping Costs and Sales Taxes
Please note that sales taxes are required to be charged on shipments to all locations within Colorado.
Shipping and handling (S&H)
costs within the continental U.S. and Canada are charged based on the value of your order.

International Shipping
We frequently ship to Canada, the UK, Australia and many other countries. We ship via the cheapest method and do not insure your package unless you pay for either Expedited Shipping or Insurance. Please email us if you have any questions.
Returns and Exchanges Your satisfaction is very
important to us and we thank you for supporting our programs! If you would like
to return or exchange a product, please ship it back to us within 30 days of
shipment. The merchandise should be in a new, unused condition. You are
responsible for paying the return shipping costs to us, and for your protection,
we recommend that you also pay for insuring the package. Your return or exchange
will be processed within 14 days of the receipt of the item. Please include
your order date and order description to expedite processing for your return or
exchange. Please also include a note stating whether you want a refund, or an

Ranch, CO 80126 Broken/Defective Jewelry We pride ourselves on the
workmanship of our Ugandan beaders. Inevitably, some product breakage may still
occur. If this should happen, please return the broken item to us for
replacement, using the procedure for exchanges above. We will replace the
broken item with a similar one. Because each item is unique, your replacement
will not be able to be exactly matched. We are unable to do repairs in the US
on broken or defective items because the items are all handmade in
Uganda.
