Aciro lives with her father who is the handyman at the school. Her mother passed away a while ago, and her grandmother whom she had been living with passed away two years ago. She is the 2nd born child out of two girls.

Aciro’s favorite subject is math and she hopes to become a nurse when she grows up because she just likes the profession.

At home she cooks, farms and does all other chores like washing utensils, and smearing the house. In her free time she treats people with local herbs since her grandmother taught her to do this and she is able to earn money for her school requirements. She is a very humble and very polite girl.

The annual scholarship cost is $740 which provides her tuition, room and board at school, and mentoring and coaching by OU staff. Aciro needs two sponsors to pay $370 each or one sponsor to pay $740. This amount can be paid annually, by term at $123 (or $246) per term or via monthly credit card payment of $31 (or $62) per month. Additional optional amounts up to $300 total may be contributed during the calendar year as a special family gift. If you want to be Aciro’s sole sponsor, select a quantity of 2.
