Patricia lives with her grandmother in the village of Agwata located in northern Uganda. Her mother is not around because she has remarried and has moved away. Patricia’s grandmother grows small crops of peas and sesame to help provide food for her granddaughter.

Math is Patricia’s favorite subject at school. She hopes to become a nurse when she grows up so that she will have the chance for a brighter future.

Patricia helps her grandmother at home with fetching firewood, cooking, farming and washing utensils. She enjoys skipping rope and playing tag games in her free time. Patricia is polite, humble and very hardworking.

Annual sponsorship cost is $325 for primary school fees and basic school supplies. This amount can be paid annually, by term at $108 per term, or via monthly credit card payment of $27 per month.
